Accumulator Assisted Injection Moulding
Saves upto 40% Power Consumption
In ELMAT ELH Series Injection Moulding (A & A.E. models) machines Power saving is achieved through Accumulator Assisted Injection System (shown in the image on the left) thereby reducing input power requirement. Ceramic Band Heaters are shielded with metal jackets to minimize the radiation loss which ultimately leads to power saving. By using Electric Motor Screw Drive actual power requirement can be controlled which gives ultimate saving in power consumption. The total power saving on these three counts gives an ultimate saving to the tune of 30%-40% depending on Machine Size & Moulding Conditions.
