Closing Unit
Rigid and exact clamping by means of extremely strong double toggles. By means of the mould height adjustment device, the 4-tie-bar nuts are all adjusted at the same time. The central drive can be operated by hand, if desired, by an electric motor for various mould heights.
Hydraulic System
Large oil tank with efficient cooling unit guarantees highly safe operation. Pump unit with external easy to reach filter. Centralized easy-to-service hydraulic system with manifold mounted over oil tank. Pipe lines and all hydraulic components are easily accessible and neatly grouped.
Electrical Control & Heating
All electrical controls are mounted in a separate control cabinet. The temperatures of the various heating zones are precisely controlled by electronic regulators. The plasticizing cylinder is divided into heating zones. The nozzle is also heated and is controlled separately.
